Glimpse Media believes in a mediated way of working. For us, our relationship with our clients is absolute priority. Here is the process we go through to give you the best outdoor solution. 

1) Selection of a Location

• Choosing an ideal location depends on factors like visibility, locality, target audience, traffic.
• The site may be located along the highway or street or the rooftop of a building .

2) Securing the site

• Once the location is settled on, the legal formalities have to be completed such as a rent agreement with either the Municipal Corporation or the Gram Panchayat and the owner of the land.

3) Designing the structure

• Before the construction, the engineer will visit the site and assess the conditions,i.e,soil construction, weather conditions, time for the project, raw material required. 
• The hoarding plan is crucial as it must withstand heavy rainfall and storms.

4) Construction

• The hoarding structure is erected in an organised manner starting by digging the ground almost 10 feet deep by a JCB or a Proclaim. The foundation is laid using cement and steel angles. Using Girders the structure is wielded together by the experts. 

5) Recce

• For our clients to view the hoardings, we accompany them for a recce to the physical location of the site. This is for the surveyors as well.

6) Tech and Clients

• After a particular campaign is put up, we send pictures to the client via the app and along with the newspaper of that day. 

Once the campaign is over, photos of the flex, along with the newspaper and the bill is sent to the client.
